The Story

Once there was an astronaut named Tony Nelson. He lived in Cocoa Beach, Florida, and worked for NASA at the Cape Kennedy base. Then, one day he went on a mission. The missle went up, but something went wrong and he had to make an emergency landing on an island in the South Pacific. There, he found a bottle. He thought it was just a regular bottle, until he rubbed off the sand and out came a genie. A beautiful genie named Jeannie. Jeannie could grant him any wish, and after a while of trying to understand her speaking in Arabic he said (forgetting that she would grant any wish) "I wish you'd speak English" and they would both understand eachother. She got him what he wanted, to be rescued, and he was so grateful that he set her free. Only, she didn't want to be free. She wanted to have fun, and with Captain Nelson. She went inside her bottle, and got it into his things, so she went along with him to Cocoa Beach. So until that day in 1965 she has been with now Major Anthony Nelson. Except in 1970 she was married, and now she is Mrs. Anthony Nelson. But, before they were married she caused a lot of trouble for him, and also for his best friend Major Roger Healey, who is the only other person that knew Jeannie was a genie, but he didn't find out for a while after Tony found her...
